• There are no guarantee for customers with short nails beds when artificial nails are applied on • We cannot guarantee polished on natural nails since it does not last long. • We are not responsible for any irrigation or allergic reactions associated with the wax. If you have allergies to the wax or any medication, you must tell us before we start the process. • Parents/ Guardians must be responsible for any activities or incidents caused by your children. Also children are Not allowed to run around the salon for your safety and our. • Customers shall be responsible for all of your valuables and personal belongings. • Children 12 years old and under must have permission from parents or guardians before artificial nails can be applied. • All the services are Non- refundable. We will not offer any refund or credits because you have simply changed your mind. No complaints be accepted after you have left the salon • Gift certificates are Non- refundable. They can be only be used for the services. • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, open cuts/wound, fungal nails infection, allergies, etc. Please inform us before we perform the services. • If you are allergic to latex gloves please inform us so we may use different materials for your services.
